Hello! I'm Rini, the founder and CEO of Webcontent Marketing (WCM).
At WCM, we aim to provide you with the most effective, transparent, and reasonably priced SEO service on the market. I started as a graphic designer and print specialist. My personal experience with a disappointing SEO provider at my brother's company was the driving force behind starting Webcontent Marketing in 2013, with the goal of helping him. This has since grown into an international success.

Now that AI has become mainstream, we have experienced quite a rollercoaster. We are passionate about not using AI for creative content, as this is too risky for Google, but it is great for analysis, research, and productivity. We do not write content with AI (such as ChatGPT, etc.).
At Webcontent Marketing, we strictly adhere to Google's guidelines. Our team consists of internationally renowned writers, editors, and researchers. We use productivity tools but do not generate articles or landing pages with AI.
We anticipate future algorithm updates that may deindex AI-generated articles, similar to what happened when GPT-2 was released a few years ago. Caution with this technology is advised.

How we share results
You can track your SEO and PPC progress in two ways:
- Dashboard access: Log in to your account and view your dashboard. We update your rankings, audit score, and backlink profile daily. Don’t forget to monitor the set time comparison. We also send a monthly video explaining the dashboard and the progress of marketing activities.
- Monthly email report: At the end of each month, check your email for a PDF report and video. This report contains your rankings, optimizations, backlinks, and organic traffic data.

We offer a free seven-day trial. During this time, we can prepare our keyword recommendations, an optimization plan, and a custom article for you.
You can start your free trial here. After selecting a plan, we’ll ask you to fill out a form with your website URL and any preferences for content and keywords.
Once you’ve completed the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can reply to this email, and we’ll activate everything for you. You can also respond within our system’s inbox. Within a few days, you’ll receive our keyword recommendations, the optimization plan, and the custom article.

At Webcontent Marketing, we have no secrets. Our SEO approach is fully transparent. Why? Because consistency is key to successful SEO.

First Month
In the first month, we plan and schedule content weekly, which we send to you on a set day for approval. Once approved, we publish it in the blog section of your website. You can also opt for automatic approval, allowing us to publish without further approval. This can be set up in your personal portal.
Additionally, we ensure that your website is fully optimized. All technical and SEO-related aspects are handled and re-analyzed for a comparative report, which you can view on your dashboard.
We also begin our personalized outreach to acquire backlinks that are locally relevant to your business or fit your industry if you operate nationally or online. Our focus is on link placements within active content, similar to engaging a PR agency. These links usually refer back to the content we publish weekly on your site.
We also have backlink networks at our disposal, but we only use them where they are truly necessary.
Second Month
In the second month, your website adjustments are complete, our content is live, and the outreach process is in full swing. This is when you can expect some progress in your rankings and organic traffic. The efforts of the first month usually don’t have a significant impact on your rankings; Google takes a few weeks to index and assess new work.
We continue with our weekly content, adjust our optimizations based on how your site is indexed, and keep up our outreach efforts.
Third Month
By the end of the third month, you can expect substantial progress in your rankings if you are a local business or significant growth in rankings and/or traffic if you are an online business. Local businesses have a more focused audience, so we concentrate on local rankings. If you prefer that we send a document with adjustments that you can implement yourself instead of us optimizing your site, just let us know.
We won’t make any changes to your text or branding without your approval. SEO is about user experience, uniqueness, and structure—not stuffing keywords into every headline. We handle your site with care.

High-quality backlinks
This is a crucial part of SEO, but it only works well if you have unique content and an optimized site. In addition to our standard brand and link-building packages, we also offer outreach backlinks.
At Webcontent Marketing, we also do custom outreach to media sites—locally if you’re a local business, or industry-focused if you operate online—to acquire links within active content. This is similar to PR outreach but structured for SEO.
This is the only way to obtain compliant and genuine backlinks. It’s important to note that we don’t guarantee links and do nothing that violates google’s terms of service.
In addition to standard link-building, acquiring outreach links takes time and usually goes live in the second and third months. It’s a continuous process on our end. We focus exclusively on the highest quality links for our clients. They hold significant value once obtained.
Clear reporting
We provide you with a dashboard where you can track your rankings, site health, and backlinks daily. This is highly detailed and customizable, perfect for those who like to keep a close eye on everything.

What to avoid with Google PPC
There are a few important things to watch out for when working with a company that runs a Google Ads PPC campaign for you:
- Do not let Google Ads accounts/sales representatives (outsourced, not actually at Google) convince you to allow broad keywords. They will spam your email. Be cautious with these actions.
- NEVER turn on 'automatically apply' in your Google Ads account and don't let a Google representative do it for you. This causes all of Google’s automated recommendations, including increases in advertising spending, to be applied automatically.
- Check which users and software have access to your advertising account in your security settings. Ideally, only we and your own employees should have access to prevent mistakes. All old service providers should be removed.
- Let us know if you want to make a change. You can submit a request for a change in your PPC campaign via your account with us, in the request center (https://account.webcontentmarketing.com/portal/page/request). You can also just send us a message.
